Mr. Jin Changhua's practice areas include corporate and mergers & acquisitions, cross-border investment, corporate compliance and data compliance, as well as digital technology and artificial intelligence.

During his long-term employment at foreign law firms and their domestic representative offices in China, Mr Jin has provided legal services related to company establishment, mergers & acquisitions, amalgamation, division, and liquidation for foreign companies and foreign-invested enterprises. He has also offered legal services for data cross-border transmission, data compliance, and the listing of data products on data exchanges for foreign-invested enterprises. Additionally, he has provided legal services for Chinese enterprises' investments, mergers & acquisitions, and dispute resolution in South Korea and other foreign countries. He has represented numerous subsidiaries of South Korean conglomerates such as SK Group, Samsung Group, POSCO Construction, Hyundai Motor, and LG Group. As a legal advisor to the Korea-China Entrepreneurs Association, he has provided legal services to many South Korean enterprises. He has also provided legal support for the listing of Jiangsu Tongli Optoelectronics and other Chinese enterprises in South Korea, and has offered legal services for multiple Chinese enterprises' investments and mergers & acquisitions in South Korea.
