Ms. Wang is a senior partner of AllBright Law Offices in Beijing. Ms. Wang specializes in intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. She has extensive cooperation experience with well-known enterprises in electronics, communications, internet, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, semiconductors, and other sectors. She has provided a wide range of professional legal services to many renowned companies, including Chia Tai–Tianqing Pharmaceutical, China Resources Biopharmaceutical, Sumitomo Pharma, Weigao Group, HeartCare Medical Technology, Datang Mobile, MEMSensing Microsystems, Alibaba, Amap Info Tech, SenseTime, ByteDance, Roborock Technology, Shanghai Tobacco, among others.
Several of the major and complex intellectual property cases handled by Attorney Wang Yanyu have been recognized as landmark cases by the Supreme People’s Court and the China National Intellectual Property Administration, drawing wide public attention and setting important precedents in the field.
Meanwhile, Ms. Wang has been deeply involved in intellectual property research and discussion. She has served as an editorial board member of the Annual Report on Chinese Intellectual Property Lawyers for five consecutive years, as well as an editorial board member of The Road to Domestic and Overseas Listing of Medical and Healthcare Enterprises and other publications.

Working Experience
- Before joining AllBright Law Offices, Ms. Wang served as a patent examiner, PCT examiner, part-time re-examiner, and quality inspection expert at China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for more than 8 years, and was seconded to an Intermediate People’s Court in Beijing, where she gained tremendous administrative and judicial experience in intellectual property. In addition, Ms. Wang, as a senior lawyer of Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm and director of the Intellectual Property Department of Beijing Zhen Bang Law Firm, has undertaken and participated in a variety of significant intellectual property cases, drawing widespread attention in the industry.
