Joice Huang is a Partner of Allbright Law Offices in Shanghai, China. Her primary practice areas include M&A, corporate compliance, intellectual property rights protection, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Huang has extensive experience in legal and compliance, having advised multinational corporations on compliance framework assessments, compliance investigations, data protection, export control, and financial statements manipulation. In addition to serving as long-term legal advisor to foreign-invested enterprises in China, she provides comprehensive services for PRC companies' outbound investment: due diligence, political and market risk assessment, overseas compliance program establishment, transaction structuring, negotiation support, and ongoing local operations.

With extensive automotive industry experience, she previously led a compliance investigation team overseeing compliance issues across 18 countries in Asia and Africa for a leading U.S. automaker. Her practice spans advising OEMs, auto parts manufacturers, and NEV industry leaders, including significant experience in technically complex ADAS-related dispute resolution, providing strategic legal counsel tailored to the industry’s unique challenges. She also has a proven track record of representing corporate and listed-company clients in sensitive reputation and defamation matters, particularly those involving automotive OEMs and mobility-sector companies.

Ms. Huang holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Manchester, UK in 2005, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2006.

Ms. Huang is a practicing lawyer in China and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Her working languages are Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
